The call comes at 10 p.m. or 5 a.m.: the other crew fell through, the new boiler lands Thursday, the room isn't empty. We have done three days of scope in one working day more than once, and we like the challenge. Send photos, tell us what is disconnected, and we will tell you straight whether we can be there.

How it goes
Equipment, the room, the door it leaves through, and whether gas and electrical are already off. That is enough for a straight answer and a range.
If we can make it, you get a time. If we can't, we tell you that too instead of wasting your day.
Truck, torches, PPE and rigging on site. Owner on the floor. Same-day work carries a mobilization adder and it is stated up front.

No. Gas and electrical disconnection is licensed-trade work and we don't do it. We can recommend an electrician or plumber who moves fast, and coordinate them if you want us to.
