Boiler sections, radiators, pipe, dead equipment, the pile behind the building. If it is metal and in the way, we break it down, load it and haul it. Recyclable metal gets recycled, the rest goes to a proper facility, and the scrap value is credited against your price.

The scrap value is credited against your price, which is one reason our removal numbers are lower than a general hauler. If your organization has a policy that it keeps the salvage, tell us before we bid and the job is priced accordingly.
Yes. If it is disconnected and drained, that is a haul-away job and it is quick. If it still needs to come apart to fit through the door, it becomes a small demolition job and we price it that way.
Refractory, insulation and other non-metal debris ride along and go to the right facility. If any of it is suspected asbestos, that stops the job until a licensed abatement contractor handles it.
